Hi, I’m Tiffany.

For the last ten years, my life has revolved around baseball. Eight months a year on the road, two kids, and four MLB teams—the Detroit Tigers, San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, and the Los Angeles Dodgers during their 2024 World Series championship run. While it was a chaotic lifestyle, it was also a wildly beautiful ride.

And through all of it, I decorated.

Every holiday, every season, I’d transform our home—not because anyone asked me to, but because I genuinely couldn't help it. I hate repetition. I never wear the same outfit twice, and I never did the same holiday twice either. Every year had to top the last. Not for Instagram. Not for clients. For my kids, and honestly, for me.

I started really honing my craft after we bought our home in 2019. Suddenly, I had a space that was fully mine to experiment with, and I went all in. The floral chandelier hanging over my dining table? Built from scratch, one pick at a time. The skeleton emerging from book pages on my living room mirrors? Completely handmade, down to the individual tea-stained pages. Everything you see in my portfolio was created in my own home, because I simply couldn't stop creating.

When baseball wives—women who have seen every luxury—started pulling me aside to tell me I was genuinely talented, something clicked. I knew this needed to become something more.

After a decade of cheering from the stands and holding everything together at home, it’s finally my turn. Conley Ryan Home is named after my two babies—Reese Ryan and Cru Conley—because this business, like everything I do, is ultimately for them.

I do this because I know that holiday decor is temporary, but the feeling it creates isn't. The lights will eventually come down and the bins will go back into the garage. But the way a room made your family feel? That stays and that’s what I’m really building
